Michele Friedler Team Proposal
Problem to Solve
The Michele Friedler Team offers high-quality, full-service representation for their buyer and seller clients, but the social media account isn't currently matching up to their voice, tone or brand that they'd like to build.
Proposed Solution
Michele, Marsha, and Emily need a business partner to create, publish, and maintain social media content. This content must position the team as best-in-class in the Boston area. The published posts should possess and display an ownable continuity, unique to the Michele Friedler Team.
Joseph Nikolai
Joseph Nikolai is a 37-year-old creative director with expertise in copywriting, photography, and Television commercials. Having just been through the home buying process, Joseph is familiar with the many ways buyers and sellers publish, consume and interact digitally. He currently lives in Westwood with his wife Emily in the home they purchased in May.
The Couple, The Family and The Market
Joseph and Emily have done photoshoots this year for Emily's sister Alyssa whose design firm stages homes in the area. Emily is the youngest of three sisters, who grew up in Dover and now reside in Westwood and Sherborn.
When they’re not in Westwood, Joseph and Emily spend time at the family home on Nantucket. Between Nantucket, Westwood, Sherborn and Wellesley (where her parents reside), this family talks the local housing market as much as anything.
Joseph’s Philosophy
@michelefriedlerteam isn't just an account, it is a touchpoint of their business, and in many ways, a living, breathing team member. This digital fourth member of the team can generate leads, drive sales and improve the bottom line.
But this doesn't all happen at once, or through ad-like posts. Conversion from posts into real business is done through social media channels that do not just publish salesy infomercial content, but truly give helpful advice and information to potential clients.
Joseph believes that for @michelefriedlerteam to become 3-dimensional, the posts need to offer valuable information in a tone of authenticity and quality.
Cadence
2 posts and 1 story per week. This is subject to change, based on performance and analytics. In other words, if stories are far outperforming in-feed posts, Joseph reserves the right to skew more toward stories.
Understandings

Michele Friedler Team will supply all photography and video content.
